WHAT IS THE UNLIMITED CONSULTATION SERVICE?​

Our unlimited consultation service is a service that we promise to all of our couples, in order to make them feel comfortable and at ease. Basically, from our first meeting, right up until your wedding day, you are free to arrange a chat with us at our office regarding your production- whenever you want to.

At our meetings with you, we keep it informal and discuss your wedding film in depth and speak about all aspects of the production.

ARE YOU INSURED?​

Yes we are, we can provide a full Public Liability Insurance certificate upon your request.

WHAT IS LICENSED MUSIC?​

Included in our package is licensed music. The music used in your film is 100% copyright clear, meaning it is not breaching any copyright infringement laws.

DO I HAVE TO PAY A BOOKING FEE, AND WHEN DOES THE FINAL PAYMENT NEED TO BE MADE?​

Booking Fee

We require a non-refundable booking fee of £500.00 for our package. When the booking fee is paid, this entitles you to our unlimited consultation service and officially books you into our diary.

​

Full amount

We request that the outstanding balance is paid in full eight weeks before your wedding day. We can set out a schedule of monthly payments up to this point if that helps.

DO YOU OFFER A WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICE AS WELL?

Unfortunately, we don't. On the day of the wedding our preparations are solely focused on film to ensure we maximise the chances of capturing those special moments.

​

This being said, we can recommend a photography service and can introduce you directly to them.

​

HOW LONG DO WE HAVE TO WAIT TO RECEIVE OUR FILMS?

All of our couples receive their film within ten weeks of their wedding day.

WE ARE NOT LOCAL TO YOU, BUT WE WANT YOU TO FILM OUR WEDDING. WHAT DO WE DO?

We love a drive!

DO WE NEED TO PAY FOR ACCOMMODATION AND TRAVEL?

We do not charge for travel if your wedding is within 50 miles of us (Liverpool, L8 5RN). If your wedding is taking place over 50 miles away, we charge 35p per mile after the first 50 miles.

For a venue that requires more than 2 hours travel time from us (Liverpool, L8 5RN), we require accommodation for the night before the wedding, and the night of the wedding. A twin room, ideally within a 15 minute driving distance from the venue is all we need.

DO YOU COVER DESTINATION WEDDINGS (OVERSEAS)

DO WE NEED TO PROVIDE FOOD FOR THE FILM MAKERS?​

As we will be with you for sometimes upto 12 hours, we request that there is food made available to the videographers on the day.  If you ask the venue about staff meals they usually have an option.

WHERE AND WHAT IS THE FILM EDITED ON? ALSO, WHAT VIDEO/AUDIO EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE?

Edit 

Your film is edited on our in house, industry standard computer system, within our office. Here at Busy Bird Wedding Films we edit our films using Adobe Premiere.

​

Equipment

We use a high standard of equipment for all of our projects, and can film in resolutions upto 4k. We also have specialist equipment that we use to maximise production value.

​

Audio is absolutely pivotal to us, and to your film. We use industry standard radio clip on mics, as well as numerous other mics set up around the venue, to ensure we capture every last word.

WHY SHOULD WE HAVE A FILM MADE BY YOU?

Everybody knows of 'someone' who will make them a 'video'. Everybody also knows a company who do a good 'cheap' video.

At Busy Bird Wedding Films we don't do things in halves, and we don't make cheap productions. We don't do wobbly cameras, poor audio or rushed edits. You get a full scale professional graded production, and the end result is a cinematic film polished with elegance and style. Throughout the production we keep our personal approach whist maintaining an extraordinary level of service.
